A letter from the creator of Tyler Allen Skincare.
When I first moved to California, it was a pipe dream to open a spa and start a skincare line. Little did I know that it would all be coming true within a few years. As an esthetician with a passion for organic skincare and holistic practices, each step I took manifested this line. But more important was each person who has helped me along the way.
From the estheticians that led me, and taught me so much of what I know today, to the landlords that allowed me to be late on rent sometimes and of course my dear husband who tirelessly gives his time. Each person has a very special place in my heart and I hear your words with every decision I make. From the bottom of my heart, I owe you my deepest gratitude and respect for all of the years that you shared wisdom, kindness, and compassion with me.
And to my muse for the name Tyler Allen Skincare, my best friend through those tough years of our teens and twenties. Tyler.. I know you are in a better place than this one. But I also know that now, you can see the fruits of your life work. Though life was sometimes hard for you, I’m sure it is quite beautiful from where you are now. I cannot thank you enough for the years of pure belly laughter you provided that got me through some of my hardest times. Every time I see the beach, row a kayak, hear a Britney song, or glance at my skincare products, I’ll think of you and feel your presence. It’s Tyler Allen Skincare, Bitch.
Lastly to the beauties I call my friends, clients, and customers, THANK YOU for allowing me to serve you in this way. It is truly an honor.
